Without warning, Kanye West left the stage, ending his concert early for a “family emergency.”
According to numerous reports on Twitter, Kanye left for an unspecified family emergency but it wasn’t clear yet what had happened or to whom.

West was performing at The Meadows Music and Arts Festival in Queens, New York. The Meadows confirmed the information, writing on Twitter, “Due to an emergency, Kanye West had to end his performance early. Please get home safely.” Billboard reported: “Kanye was headlining the Meadows Festival tonight, and had gone on stage at 8:45 p.m. He was scheduled to perform until 10 p.m., but ended his set at 9:40” because of the unidentified family emergency. h/t heavy
Kanye said, “I’m sorry. I have a family emergency. I have to stop the show…” and then left the stage.
