Lois Lerner again failed to exert her 5th amendment rights after some tough questions from a reporter who spotted the ex-IRS official walking her dogs.
In the video, political reporter Jason Mattera is seen following Lerner as she attempts to duck into a neighbor’s home.

Lerner desperately knocked on the neighbor’s door, but despite her repeated pleas, was denied entry by the woman of the house.
“I’ve had surgery, can you wait?” the neighbor said, never allowing Lerner entry.
Mattera continued questioning Lerner who repeatedly asked the neighbor to call the police.
Eventually the woman’s husband showed up delivering the below video’s money line, “I don’t want her [Lerner] in the house,” the elderly gentleman said. “Out!”
