Picard has gained over 700 yards and has scored 15 touchdowns this 2013 season. “Big Tone’s” 400 pounds of power is not easy to bring down. He plays nose tackle and fullback.

Picard is of Native American heritage and has been a point of pride for his community. The American Indian Community has turned out in numbers to cheer him on.
