Would you expect anything different from Hollywood’s so-called bad girl? Angelina Jolie told NY Daily News that she would have gone into the funeral business, if acting didn’t work out for her. NY Daily reports that Jolie told Bob Simon on 60 Minutes, why she wanted to work in the funeral biz: “It sounds like this very strange, eccentric, dark thing to do but in fact I lost my grandfather and was very upset with his funeral… how somebody passes and how family deals with this passing and what death is should be addressed in a different way. If this whole acting thing didn’t work out that was going to be my path.”
She says that she’s lucky to be alive, and that her partner Brad Pitt has somewhat tamed the bad girl in her. “I’m still a bad girl, I still have that side of me…it’s just in its place now…it belongs to Brad. Or…our adventures.” On surviving the dark phase of her life: “I went through heavy, darker times and I survived them. I didn’t die young. So I am very lucky. There are other artists and people that didn’t survive certain things.”
