LONDON — Authorities are again showing how highly skilled they are at screwing up stuff these days. This times it was poor Amy Winehouse who was the victim with authorities sending her super confidential materials relating to a forthcoming inquest to the wrong address.
When British cops finally realized the materials had not arrived they moved quickly to clumsily retrieve the docs.
