Lindsay Lohan is going to be charged Wednesday 2/9/11 with a grand theft felony for ‘allegedly’ stealing a $2,500 necklace from Venice, CA jewelry store Kamofie & Co.
Lohan will be arraigned at 1:30 PM PT. TMZ is going to livestream the hearing on their site. Be there or be square!
