Protests have broken out over plans to build a mosque right next to the Tower of Pisa. The protest comes a week after the removal of a Tunisian national by Italian authorities, who allegedly was planning an attack on historical landmark monument.
Twenty-six-year-old Bilel Chahoui, was arrested last Thursday after he posted on social media he was planning on attacking the monument.

It all started a few month back with a Quiobi detergent commercial but this was not just any old regular advertisement. This commercial was one for the record books, going down as one of the most racist ads of all time.
Across the globe mouths dropped and social media blew up as people watched in disbelief. The commercial begins with an Asian woman shoving a black man into a washing machine with the detergent in his mouth. After a cycle he then emerges as a shiny and clean lighter skinned Chinese man, who she shows an attraction to.

Flight MS804, an EgyptAir jet heading from Paris to Cairo has dropped off the radar, the airline confirmed on social media.
The airline’s media center said it will provide more information as it becomes available. UPDATE: Rumors are indicating a dignitary may have been aboard the flight. A Merchant Marine along MS804’s flight path witnessed a “flame in the sky.”
An informed source at EGYPTAIR stated that Flight no MS804,which departed Paris at 23:09 (CEST),heading to Cairo has disappeared from radar.

UPDATE: Fugitive terror suspect Salah Abdeslam was captured on Friday during a police operation in Brussels, judicial sources told Belgian newspaper De Standaard. The fingerprints of Salah Abdeslam, one of the most wanted men in Europe for his role in the Paris attacks, were discovered by police after they raided a residence in Brussels on Tuesday.
The anti-terror operation ended in a shootout that left one suspect dead this week, but now Belgian officials say Abdeslam may be one of the people that escaped.

A claim is being circulated via the internet saying that ISIS is using “support Paris” Facebook avatars and other filtered photos to track and target the military and their families.
On the heels of the attacks on Paris, the popular photo filter, which converts regular avatars to include the colors of france, is reportedly being used by terrorists to identify service men and women was well as their families.

One terrorist involved in the horrific Paris attacks has been identified as registered ‘refugee’ on Leros Island in October. He was found to be carrying a Syrian passport.
Last month, Lebanese education minister Elias Bou Saab sent a warning to British Prime Minister David Cameron that 2 of every 100 refugees coming into Europe were ISIS fighters.

A local news van in Louisville struck and killed, Marriott Hotel employee, Fontaine Jeffery, as she attempted to use a crosswalk direct adjacent to the hotel.
The TV station involved has been identified as WHAS11, the ABC affiliate in Louisville.
Jeffery was rushed to University of Louisville Hospital where, at 9:16 p.m., she was pronounced dead of blunt force injuries suffered in the crash. Continue reading
