SANGAMON COUNTY, IL. (THECOUNT) — A Friday morning shooting has been reported at the Bunn-O-Matic Corporation building in Sangamon County, Illinois.
According to reports, a heavy police presence was spotted arriving to the coffee machine maker facility on Friday in Springfield.
The Bunn-O-Matic plant is located at 1400 Adlai Stevenson Dr. in Springfield.
A command post was observed being set up by the Springfield Police Department.
People are asked to avoid the area and take alternative routes.
