Four of the world’s biggest theaters, Regal Entertainment, AMC Entertainment, Cinemark and Cineplex Entertainment have all said they will not show the new Seth Rogen and James Franco flick, The Interview.

The theater companies reportedly dropped “The Interview” over terror threats from hackers in the massive Sony leak.

Those four companies join Carmike Cinemas in canceling plans to screen “The Interview” on Christmas Day. The cancellations came after a cyber hack against Sony Pictures threatened the theaters that showed the film. “We will clearly show it to you at the very time and places ‘The Interview’ be shown, including the premiere, how bitter fate those who seek fun in terror should be doomed to,” a note published Tuesday read. h/t huffpo

Representatives for Sony, as well as Regal, AMC, Cinemark and Cineplex Entertainment were not immediately available for comment.

It was a hacker traced back to North Korea and it has been going on for weeks. Where have you been? Emails have been released, two movies in the can are out now, bootlegged. Employees personal info was taken. It was not one email.

Why don’t they just find and arrest those who made the threats. You can bet it came from some loon right here in the U.S. The header of the email tells the FBI who and where they are. Put out a BIG CASH REWARD for information leading to an arrest. Someone knows who did this.
