Kate Castillo is raising some eyebrows after a leaked cellphone photo shows the Mexican actress in the company of kidnapped son of drug lord El Chapo. Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán was recaptured in January 2016.
This photo, which has appeared in several Mexican newspapers, shows Castillo, 43, hanging out with Jesus Alfredo Guzman Salazar at an unknown location.
The image was reportedly recovered from a cell phone at the restaurant just one day after Castillo received a reprieve to appear in court in connection with charges of obstruction of justice and money laundering. Continue reading

Crouch passed away following a stroke, her son announced Tuesday via a posting on his website.

The Islamic State kept good to their threat, carrying out a horrific Good Friday commemoration by crucifying a Catholic priest.
The Rev. Thomas Uzhunnalil, a Salesian priest, was paraded and then crucified by the terror group after being held hostage. In early March, Uzhunnalil was kidnapped after ISIS stormed an elderly care facility in Yemen run by Missionaries of Charity, founded by Mother Teresa. They also killed 16 in the attack, including four nuns.
His execution by the Islamist sect, using the same method used by the Romans on Jesus and marked on Good Friday every year, was confirmed at the Easter Vigil Mass by Cardinal Christoph Schonborn of Vienna. Continue reading
The Bachelor contestant, Erin Storm, who appeared on season 12, has died after the plane she was piloting crashed.
Storm competed for Bachelor Matt Grant‘s heart on the popular ABC dating show.

Mississippi state trooper, Jason Ales voided a speeding ticket he had just issued after the man surprised him by asking if he was ‘doing okay’.
Mike Powers from Gallatin, Tenn., asked the trooper the tender question after he had been ticketed, and the officer was so touched, he cut Powers loose. Powers then presented trooper Ales with a hand carved bracelet. A bromance was born.

E’Dena Hines, 33, was stabbed to death with a large hunting knife by her boyfriend, Lamar Davenport, who was heard screaming “Get out, devils! I cast you out, devils! In the name of Jesus Christ, I cast you out!”

Six years later, Alex Malarkey, who co-wrote a bestselling book along with his father, has admitted the book is in-fact, pure fantasy.
The book, The Boy Who Came Back from Heaven: A Remarkable Account of Miracles, Angels, and Life beyond This World, had claimed to be the “true story” of Malarkey’s experience in heaven. Now, the teenager has admitted that he made the whole thing up.

John Boehner’s former bartender, Michael Robert Hoyt, has been indicted for threatening to poison the Speaker to death by spiking his drink, or shooting him to death.
Hoyt, 44, was indicted on January 7, for threatening to murder the Republican Speaker of the House in October of last year, according to the FBI. Hoyt cooked up the idea while working at Wetherington Country Club in West Chester, Ohio. The club, in which Boehner is a member, calls itself, “one of the most prestigious full-service private clubs in Cincinnati.”
