FORSYTH COUNTY, NC. (THECOUNT) — Namir Miguel Seabrook has been identified as the victim who died Thursday after being shot in Forsyth County Late Wednesday night.
Seabrook, 20, was fatally shot in front of his Winston-Salem residence late Wednesday night.
According to reports, police responded to a call of shots fired at a home at 2605 Stockton Street in Winston-Salem around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday. When they arrived, investigators learned Seabrook had been transported by private vehicle to an area hospital.
Seabrook was later pronounced dead at the hospital of gunshot injuries.
No motive or suspect information was provided as of Thursday morning.
The cause of the deadly incident remains under investigation.
