GULFPORT, MS. (THECOUNT) — Frederick Plummer of Gulfport, Mississippi, has been identified as the victim in a brutal machete attack in Gulfport Sunday.
“Triple OG” Plummer, 39, was killed by another man wielding a machete Sunday in the 2300 block of 26th Avenue in Gulfport.
Eli Martinez Medina, 44, has been named as the suspect in the deadly attack, according to reporting by WLOX on Monday.
Gulfport Police received the call at 6:24 p.m. When they arrived to investigate, officers found the body of 39-year-old Frederick Plummer of Gulfport. Initial investigation at the scene revealed that Plummer died after being assaulted.
The investigation is ongoing.
Anyone with possible information on the deadly incident is urged to contact police at 911.
