GREENSBORO, NC. (THECOUNT) — Ohio woman, Allison Adey Dewitt, has been named as the victim in a fatal Greensboro I-40 Crash Friday.
Dewitt, 34, of Marion, was operating a 2000 Chevrolet S10 truck on traveling on I-40 approaching I-40 West Business split when she lost control on her vehicle resulting in a rollover crash.
She was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
She lost control of her vehicle which resulted in a rollover during which her truck collided with a 2008 Volvo V70 also traveling on I-40 West. source
The Volvo was operated by Wayne Charles Cardwell, 68, of Winston-Salem. He was uninjured in the wreck.
As the Chevrolet S10 continued rolling over Dewitt was ejected from her vehicle which resulted in her death.
Cardwell suffered no injuries.
