San Antonio area man, Frank Gomez, was arrested and charged Friday in the shooting death of Iris Rodriguez.
Iris, 7, was walking down the street with her mother when she was shot in the head. She died Thursday evening after her family took her off life support.
Iris’ mother was shot in the arm and is in stable condition.
Gomez has several facial tattoos, including a San Antonio Spurs tattoo.
