Ten Most Wanted Fugitive Brenda Delgado CAUGHT In MEXICO

Brenda Delgado, the woman wanted for her role in the murder of a Dallas dentist, has been apprehended in Mexico, authorities in Mexico say.

Delgado, 33, who was added this week to the FBI’s list of “Ten Most Wanted Fugitives,” was captured in the city of Torreon, in north-central Mexico, according to the office of the Mexico attorney general.

Delgago will be transferred to Mexico City, where she will be detained pending proceedings for extrication to North Texas. Continue reading

Apple To DOJ: You Missed Your Chance By Changing Terrorist iCloud Password

Apple is saying the Department of Justice made a big mistake in its handling of the San Bernardino shooter‘s iPhone by changing the password to the device’s iCloud account.

According to senior Apple executives, the DOJ had a valuable opportunity to get into the terrorist’s iCloud account, but for some reason, investigators changed the password.

They said the iCloud password was changed hours after the shooting, preventing a potential iCloud backup that may have revealed further information about the suspect. Continue reading

Filmmakers Who Exposed Planned Parenthood Indicted

A grand jury involved in investigating allegations of misconduct against Planned Parenthood, instead indicted two of the filmmakers who exposed the organization in a series of hidden camera videos.

Harris County district attorney, Devon Anderson, said Monday that the director of the Center for Medical Progress, David Daleiden, had been indicted on a felony charge of “tampering with a governmental record” and a misdemeanor count related to purchasing human organs.

Celebrities Chime In On Cop Who Shot Unarmed Black Man 8 Times In Back

Michael T. Slager, a 33 year old police officer, has been charged with murder after a video surfaced Tuesday of the officer shooting 50-year-old Walter L. Scott in the back.

Scott, an unarmed black man, tried to run away after a traffic stop. The FBI opened a civil rights investigation Tuesday after video surfaced of Slager shooting Scott 8 times as he attempted to flee on foot.

Sen. Bob Menendez Indicted Bribery Wire Fraud

Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez has been indicted by a federal grand jury on Wednesday on charges including conspiracy to commit bribery and wire fraud.

Menendez was charged with using his office to improperly benefit a Florida eye doctor and political donor.

Tanisha Anderson Death While In Police Custody Ruled HOMICIDE

Tanisha Anderson, a mentally disturbed woman who died while in Cleveland police custody nearly two months ago, has been ruled a homicide by the Cuyahoga County medical examiner’s office on Friday.

Anderson, 37, died as a result of being placed in a prone position, a coroner said. Her heart condition and bipolar disorder were also factors.

4 Hells Angels Arrested Leaving TOY DRIVE Guns Meth Brass Knuckles

Four Hells Angels Motorcycle Club riders, departing a holiday toy drive, were arrested after being stopped for committing traffic violations.

All four were arrested and taken into custody on suspicion of drug and weapons charges, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office said Monday.

Feds Charge Indiana Teen In $100M International Hacking Ring

An Indiana teenager has been changed as part of an international computer hacking ring that broke into computer networks and stole more than $100 million in intellectual property and other data.

The DOJ claims that from January 2011 to March 2014, Austin Alcala, from McCordsville Indiana, along with three other men hacked into the computer networks of Microsoft Corporation, Epic Games Inc., Valve Corporation, Zombie Studios as well as the U.S. Army.

Austin Alcala, 18, of McCordsville, Indiana, along with Nathan Leroux, 20, of Bowie, Maryland; Sanadodeh Nesheiwat, 28, of Washington, New Jersey; and David Pokora, 22, of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada,  were charged with conspiracies to commit computer fraud, copyright infringement, wire fraud, mail fraud, identity theft and theft of trade secrets. Ferguson Cops Ordered: STOP Wearing ‘I Am Darren Wilson’ Bracelets

The DOJ sent a couple of letters to the Ferguson PD, one demanding they remove “I Am Darren Wilson” bracelets, and the other ordering cops to wear readable name plates, as some officers were seen wearing unidentifiable tags or none at all.

Officer Darren Wilson shot and killed 18-year-old Michael Brown, who was unarmed, in August prompting widespread protests.
