Simple Pleasures! Mark Zuckerberg Secretly Purchased $150M Superyacht In Sept

A Turkish newspaper is claiming Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg, was the mystery buyer who scooped up a $150 million ultra-luxury super yacht while in Monaco this past September.

The major purchase, which was not and has not been divulged by the Facebook honcho, may be met with scrutiny by many who already question his, ‘billionaire who enjoys life’s simple pleasures,’ persona.

The Hürriyet Daily News reports, the “expedition” yacht, named “Ulysses,” measures 107 meters long, includes dozens of rooms and is primed for journeys as long as 8,500 nautical miles.

He reportedly bought the yacht “in secret” from another self-made billionaire, Graeme Hart. Continue reading

National Enquirer Richard Simmons BOMBSHELL Story

The Drudge Report is claiming that the National Enquirer is planning a bombshell story on former fitness guru, Richard Simmons. Just what the “bombshell” is, we don’t know.

Simmons was recently hospitalized for unknown reasons. Reps claimed the stay was over severe dehydration, however, others on social media speculated he might be suffering from something far worse.

Facebook’s new newsfeed algorithm is making it harder and harder for stories to get viewed, unless of course, you are a deep pocket publisher – then you simply pay to “boost” the post, and presto, you just bought your next viral story.. Continue reading

The Worm Turns! Mark Zuckerberg BLASTS Obama In Facebook Post

The following appeared on Mark Elliot Zuckerberg‘s Facebook page:mark zuck

The internet works because most people and companies do the same. We work together to create this secure environment and make our shared space even better for the world.

This is why I’ve been so confused and frustrated by the repeated reports of the behavior of the US government. When our engineers work tirelessly to improve security, we imagine we’re protecting you against criminals, not our own government.

mark-zuckerberg-baby-e1298322495281The US government should be the champion for the internet, not a threat. They need to be much more transparent about what they’re doing, or otherwise people will believe the worst.

I’ve called President Obama to express my frustration over the damage the government is creating for all of our future. Unfortunately, it seems like it will take a very long time for true full reform.

So it’s up to us — all of us — to build the internet we want. Together, we can build a space that is greater and a more important part of the world than anything we have today, but is also safe and secure. I’m committed to seeing this happen, and you can count on Facebook to do our part.

Woman 104 LIES About Age On Facebook

Just one day after Mark Zuckerberg announced huge cash prizes for scientists working on extending human life, Marguerite Joseph was forced to lie about her age after signing up for her very first Facebook account, you see marguerite is 104 and the social media giant failed to recognize people her year of birth as an option.Marguerite Joseph on Facebook

The Michigan centurion’s (plus 4) granddaughter says Joseph is unable to list her real age on the social media site.

Gail Marlow says when she tries inputting her grandmother’s birth year as 1908, Facebook changes it to 1928. So for the past two years, the Grosse Pointe Shores centenarian has remained 99 — online, anyway.

Joseph is legally blind and can’t hear well, but Marlow reads and responds to all of her Facebook messages.

Marlow tells WDIV-TV she “would love to see” Joseph’s real age displayed on Facebook and chalks up her inability to do so to “a glitch in the system.”

A Facebook official did not immediately respond to a message Wednesday seeking comment. FOXNews.

SQUIDS: Mr and Mrs Facebook Pictured Surfing

They say you learn something new every day and this may be my rendition of that old proverb as I have suddenly discovered that Mark Zuckerberg and his wifey are surfers!

The every-day billionaire squid took time out from his chores at Facebook to relax on a beautiful Hawaiian island for some surfing.

It’s painfully obvious Mark does not get out in the sun very much and looks rather uncomfortable in most of these pictures. I don’t think either of these kids hit the gym very often.

Facebook Honcho’s Facebook Page Hacked

If you’re going to hack someone’s facebook page, you might as well go for the top and this is exactly what an unknown hacker did, hacking into Mark Zuckerberg’s very own facebook page.

The hacker left the following message: “Let the hacking begin: If facebook needs money, instead of going to the banks, why doesn’t Facebook let its users invest in Facebook in a social way? Why not transform Facebook into a ‘social business’ the way Nobel Prize winner Muhammad Yunus described it? [LINK] What do you think? #hackercup20113″

Facebook quickly erased the hacked message and closed Mark’s page entirely, but not before the message received thousands of comments and “likes.”

The message the hacker left on MZ’ page carries an interesting message and also raises some serious questions about security on facebook. Our resident computer guru said, “Hacking Mark’s facebook page is the holy grail of hacks, if his page can get hacked, how could anyone else ever trust facebook’s security?” our expert concluded, “the fact they went as far as to shut down Mark’s page after the hack shows even facebook is not to comfy with their own security, going forward.”
