Air Traffic Control Loses Contact With AirAsia Plane 162 People Aboard

An AirAsia plane has lost contact with air traffic controllers on Sunday after takeoff from Indonesia on the way to Singapore.

There are 162 people aboard.


The plane lost communication with Indonesia’s Surabaya airport 42 minutes after takeoff at 5:35 a.m., Hadi Mustofa, an official of the transportation ministry told Indonesia’s MetroTV. It had seven crew and 155 passengers. Continue reading

A Los Angeles mass transit passenger sparked a terrorist threat investigation in Downtown Los Angeles after telling a telling a Metro RTD bus driver that he was infected with the Ebola virus.

The man, donning a surgical mask, told a bus driver to “not mess,” with him because he was infected with Ebola.

Zac Efron mysteriously ended up in a very bad area of downtown L.A. known for heroin sales. The troubled actor ended up getting violently attacked, punched in the mouth by a mob of transients, reports TMZ.


Cops arrived on scene and broke up the fight. Efron claimed he had run out of gas and was sitting in the car, however, he was accompanied by a professional bodyguard/ driver..

The area where this occurred is rough. Cops are on high alert for drug deals and gangs. One source says Zac was “obviously intoxicated.”

Update: Michael Jackson Funeral to be Held at Staples Center Downtown Los Angeles

“Michael Jackson’s funeral is being scheduled for 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles,” Hollywood Reporter said.

“AEG Live, which owns the basketball arena and the adjacent Nokia Theater, will use both facilities and the surrounding plaza. There’s no word yet on how ticketing will be handled.” [Ticketing? They are selling tickets?]

Earlier in the week, news sources spoke too soon, and announced that MJ’s memorial and funeral was going to be held at MJ’s Neverland Ranch near Santa Barbara, CA. Some sources even falsely claimed his memorial and funeral was to be in his hometown Gary, Indiana.
