WALKER COUNTY, GA. (THECOUNT) — Jahari McCutchins, of Summerville, Georgia, has been identified as the victim in a Thursday vehicle crash in Walker County.
McCutchins, 31, was killed in a two-vehicle crash near LaFayette Thursday afternoon.
According to reports, McCutchins was operating a GMC Yukon on US-27 near Midway Drive, when a Chevrolet Blazer came into rear-end contact with the Yukon around 3:30 p.m. Thursday. Both vehicles then exited the roadway.
The driver of the Chevrolet was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.
McCutchins was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
