SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA. (THECOUNT) — Kulten Sargent, of Ramona, California and Ava Boyce-Bender, of San Diego, California, have been identified as the victims in a Wednesday double-fatal vehicle crash in San Diego County.
Sargent and Boyce-Bender, both 18, were killed in a single-vehicle crash near Seaworld on Wednesday night.
According to reports, Sargent was operating a pickup truck with Boyce-Bender as his passenger, in the 500 block of Sea World Drive in San Diego, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway round 9:30 p.m. Wednesday. The pickup then made contact with a large metal sign post.
Both teens were pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
