TULSA, OK. (THECOUNT) — Aaron Blackwell, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday night fatal vehicle crash near Tulsa International Airport.
Blackwell, whose age was not provided by officials, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Tulsa Wednesday night.
According to reports, Blackwell was operating a vehicle on the Mingo Valley Expy, Highway 169, near East 36th Street North in Tulsa, when the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 9 p.m. Wednesday. The vehicle then made contact with a substantial tree.
Blackwell was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
