PAGE COUNTY, IA. (THECOUNT) — Jason Cameron Willey, of Clarinda, Iowa, has been identified as the victim in a single-vehicle fatal crash in Page County Monday night.
Willey, 47, was killed in a single-vehicle crash that injured another man near Knoxville, Iowa on Monday.
According to reports, Willey was traveling as a passenger in a Chevrolet Camaro, operated by Jalen Zachary Frost, 24, of Corydon, on Highway T15 in Knoxville, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 6 p.m. Monday. The vehicle then entered a culvert and rolled over multiple times.
Willey, who was ejected from the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Frost was transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
