WASHINGTON COUNTY, FL. (THECOUNT) — Maddison Warren of Panama City, Florida, has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash in Washington County early Tuesday morning.
Warren, 19, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Vernon on Tuesday morning.
According to reports, Warren was operating a Mercedes GX350 traveling on FL-79 near 2 Creeks Rd, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday. The vehicle then entered a culvert causing it to go airborne. The vehicle then rolled over.
Warren, who was partially ejected during the crash, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Warren was not wearing a seatbelt. Alcohol results are pending in this case, according to a crash report.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
