CAMDEN COUNTY, MO. (THECOUNT) — Samuel Lynn Burrell, of Oregon City, Oregon, has been identified as the victim in a fatal two-vehicle crash in Camden County, Missouri Sunday afternoon.
Burrell, 44, was killed in a head-on vehicle crash Missouri 5 near Camdenton Sunday afternoon.
According to officials, Burrell was operating a vehicle on MO-5 near Greenview, when he attempted to pass another vehicle and came into head-on contact with a pickup truck.
The operator of the pickup has been identified as 22-year-old Jordan Rabenold of Greenview. He was transported to an ara hospital with unknown injuries. A passenger in the pickup truck has been identified as James Rabenold, 57, also of Greenview. He was transported with minor injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
