CARLISLE, PA. (THECOUNT) — Michael Burch has been identified as the man shot and killed on E. Penn St. in Carlisle, PA.
Burch, 23, was found suffering from gunshot wounds Thursday afternoon in what police are now calling a “targeted” shooting.
At this time police believe the shooting was targeted, according to police. source
Police are looking for two suspects, described as black males.
According to police, witnesses said they saw the two suspects drive from the scene in a maroon Chevy Equinox.
The vehicle was recovered by police about a block away from the scene, according to police.
