These backyard boat pictures of the Boston bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, indicate that the kid sustained some fairly serious injuries in his apprehension.. Needless to say, he is lucky to be alive. His brother was taken into custody ‘walking in cuffs’ but ended up on aslab.. Most will let that breach of due process slide, but now one of the best chances we all have to learn about what really happened – is laying in a hospital bed with possible permanent throat injuries, meaning he may never be able to speak.. Let’s just hope and pray if he recovers enough to write.. And I don’t mean a post card..
