I was shocked when Netflix refused to give me a $10 refund a few months ago and when I told the supervisor’s, superviser I would “cancel my subscription” if I did not get my way, he told me the order had been issued from corporate, “no more refunds” and he then advised me to cancel.
You can be sure I had some choice words for this guy that would prove a sampling of the way a lot of folks are feeling today about Netfilx. Let’s face it gang, as the customers we make or break a company and not the other way around. So is this what happens when we, the customer, get the feeling a company like Netflix has lost our best interests at heart? Can you say “Cancel quickly?”
Today Netflix’s stock prices plunged as news hit the street about huge losses in Subscribers for the last quarter. The notorious Netflix price hike is being touted as the reason for the mass defection but I think I know the real reason, sudden and complete failure of an entire customer service department- and I should know, I talked to everyone in the department trying to get my refund… What’s left to say but “I told you so Netflix…”
