Lindsay Lohan is going to be charged with a grand theft felony for ‘allegedly’ stealing a $2,500 necklace from Venice, CA jewelry store Kamofie & Co.
Lohan will be arraigned at 1:30 PM PT, but TMZ is already there outside the courthouse streaming all of the pre-shenanigans.

Methotrexate
Mareena Silva said after she took the pill she felt nauseous and then read the bottle label and it wasn’t her prescription! The methotrexate was intended for a 59-year-old woman with the exact same last name as Silva’s and a similar first name.
Silva told ABC 7 News Denver, “My doctor immediately told me to try and make myself vomit to see if I could get the medicine to come back up.” Silva was then rushed to the hospital and was given charcoal to absorb the drug.

Rooster knife
Jose Luis Ochoa was in attendance at an illegal cock fight in Delano, CA, and he got accidentally stabbed by the the cock who had a sharp knife attached to it’s leg! The wound was so bad that Ochoa died!
An autopsy that was done on Ochoa, concluded that he died of an accidental “sharp force injury” to his right calf. Officials involved with the case said they think he died because he delayed getting treatment from a doctor.
So tragic! R.I.P. Ochoa!

Michael Moore seems to have a problem with capitalism, however, when it’s his capital, he wants what’s coming to him!
Moore filed suit against movie giant, Harvey Weinstein saying he is owed millions in unpaid, unreported earnings for the film “Fahrenheit 9/11,” a documentary that made a staggering $222 million.
9/11 is the number one all-time grossing documentary and More claims Weinstein used “bogus accounting methods to hide the true amounts due Westside.” Westside is Moore’s production company.
Celebrity news hounds, TMZ, reported Weinstein’s camp fired back by saying, “Michael Moore has been paid over $20 million on this film. Under the contract he’s not entitled to another dime. His claims are baloney and the timing is very suspicious.”

The guitarist who played on some of classic rock’s true classics died. Gary Moore, cut loose on hits such as, “Jailbreak” and “The Boys Are Back in Town.”
Thin Lizzy was based out of Dublin and during the 1970s they ruled the airwaves and their music still plays all day, every day on classic rock stations across the globe.
No cause of death was immediately released. Gary Moore was 58.
