What you are looking at is a recent earthquake map of North Korea and Japan. The circles are earthquakes as registered and recorded by the USGS. What makes this interesting is the earthquakes appearing in yellow in the general area of Japan are real nature born quakes, however, the green circle, a 5.1 earthquake located in – near by North Korea – was reportedly caused by the detonation of a nuclear device.
