PUTNAM COUNTY, IN. (THECOUNT) — Michael William Frazier, of Spencer, Indiana, has been identified as the victim in a Friday morning fatal vehicle crash in Putnam County.
Frazier, 64, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Cloverdale Friday morning.
According to reports, Frazier was operating a Dodge pickup truck on Interstate 70/ Dwight D. Eisenhower Highway in Cloverdale, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle exited the roadway before coming into contact with a Median around 10:30 a.m. Friday. The vehicle then struck an embankment and rolled over.
Frazier was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
