LUBBOCK COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Ivan Reed has been identified as the young victim in a Sunday night fatal shooting in Lubbock County, Texas.
Reed, 20, was fatally shot during an unknown altercation late Sunday night in Lubbock.
According to reports, police responded to a call of shots fired in the 2100 block of East 4th Street around 11:40 p.m. Sunday. When they arrived, Reed was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Reed was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.
No suspect or motive information was provided by officials.
