ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA. (THECOUNT) — Jaquawn Walton, from McKeesport, Pennsylvania, has been identified as the victim in a Saturday fatal vehicle crash in Allegheny County.
Walton, 20, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Pittsburgh early Saturday morning.
According to reports, Walton was operating a vehicle on Interstate 376 near the South Oakland exit, when the vehicle exited the roadway around 3:20 a.m. Saturday. The vehicle then came into contact with a concrete barrier before colliding with a utility pole.
Walton was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
