JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL. (THECOUNT) — Ledaniel Montrail Johnson, of Birmingham, Alabama, has been identified as the victim in a Monday night fatal vehicle crash in Jefferson County.
‘Danny’ Johnson, 30, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Birmingham Monday night.
According to reports, Johnson was operating a vehicle on John Rogers Drive near North Brownlee Hills Road in Birmingham, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 11:40 p.m. Monday.The vehicle then came into contact with an embankment and a utility pole.
Johnson was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
