BONNEVILLE COUNTY, ID. (THECOUNT) — Gary Duane Vorwaller, of Soda Springs, Idaho, has been identified as the paddle boarder who drown Wednesday in a Bonneville Reservoir.
Vorwaller, 57, drown while paddle boarding in an Irwin Reservoir Wednesday afternoon.
According to reports, witnesses observed Vorwaller paddle boarding near the Palisades Reservoir in Irwin, when he went into the water and failed to resurface around 3 p.m. Wednesday.
Dive teams were dispatched and the body of Vorwaller was recovered.
