TUSCALOOSA COUNTY, AL. (THECOUNT) — Audra Mary Rogers, of Northport, Alabama, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Monday night two-vehicle crash in Tuscaloosa County.
Rogers, 36, was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Northport Monday night.
According to reports, Rogers was operating a Honda Pilot on US-43, when the vehicle came into contact with a Volvo XC90, operated by 35-year-old Anna Dalrymple, also of Northport, around 6 p.m. Monday.
Rogers, an award winning powerlifter who had just announced she was pregnant, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Dalrymple suffered unknown injuries in the wreck.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
