NIAGARA COUNTY, NY. (THECOUNT) — Marty Kick, of Niagara Falls, New York, has been identified as the victim found fatally shot inside a vehicle Saturday in Niagara County.
Kick, 61, was discovered shot dead in his pickup truck Saturday morning in Niagara Falls.
According to reports, Niagara Falls Police found Kick during a welfare check just after 8 a.m. Saturday on the 1100 block of Whitney Avenue.
The deadly incident remains under investigation.
No suspect information was provided.
