PICKENS COUNTY, SC. (THECOUNT) — Treasa Norton, of Marietta, South Carolina, has been identified as the victim in a two-vehicle crash Thursday in Pickens County.
‘Miss Treasa,’ 56, a Pickens County School District bus driver, was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Pickens Thursday afternoon.
According to reports, Norton was operating a personal vehicle SC Highway 186 near Rhymes Lane in Pickens, when a pickup truck came into the driver side door of Norton’s vehicle around 2:40 p.m. Thursday.
Norton was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma.
The driver of the truck was transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
