FREDERICK COUNTY, VA. (THECOUNT) — Damien Scott Westfall, of Stephenson, Virginia, has been identified as the victim in a Tuesday night fatal vehicle crash in Frederick County.
Westfall, 21, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Winchester on Tuesday night.
According to reports, Westfall was operating a Honda Civic on Berryville Pike near Valley Mill Road, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 6 a.m. Tuesday night. The vehicle then made contact with a substantial tree and rolled over.
Westfall was pronounced dead at the scene for blunt force trauma.
The cause of crash remains under investigation.
