GREENVILLE COUNTY, SC. (THECOUNT) — Chase Watson, of Greer, South Carolina, has been identified as the victim in a single-motorcycle crash in Greenville County Sunday night.
Watson, 29, was killed in a Ducati motorcycle crash Sunday night in Greenville.
According to reports, Watson was operating a Ducati motorcycle near Phillips Trail and N Parker Rd in Greenville, when for unknown reasons, the bike crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 8 p.m. Sunday. The Ducati then entered a culvert ejecting the rider.
Watson, who was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
