MN Man Damon Saponari ID’d As Victim In Tuesday Rochester Fatal Motorcycle Crash

ROCHESTER, MN. (THECOUNT) — Damon Saponari, 26, of Rochester, Minnesota, died Tuesday following a motorcycle crash near the Highway 63 interchange in southeast Rochester, according to the Rochester Police Department.

Rochester is located in southeastern Minnesota, approximately 85 miles south of Minneapolis-St. Paul and is home to the world-renowned Mayo Clinic. The fatal crash occurred at the intersection of 40th Street SE and Woodlake Drive, near the Highway 63 ramp.

Authorities have not yet released details regarding the circumstances surrounding the collision, including whether another vehicle was involved or what factors may have contributed to the crash.

The Rochester Police Department identified Saponari Tuesday after notifying his family.
