Actress Mareli Miniutti ID’d As Victim At Center Of Lawyer Michael Avenatti Arrest

CENTURY CITY, CA. (THECOUNT) — Mareli Miniutti has been identified as the person who filed a restraining order in Los Angeles against lawyer Michael Avenatti on Monday, November 19. The restraining order comes less than a week after his arrest for domestic violence.

According to reports, Miniutti — an Estonian actress who has a cameo in Ocean’s 8 — filed the restraining order against Avenatti — Story Daniels lawyer — on Monday, November 19. The order comes after Avenatti was arrested earlier in November felony domestic violence charges. Avenatti was released on a $50,000 bail following his arrest.

Following Avenatti’s arrest, a spokesperson with the Los Angeles Police Department said that the alleged victim had “visible injuries” and that her face was “swollen and bruised” with “red marks” on both cheeks. However, it was not immediately clear if Miniutti was the woman who accused Avenatti of domestic violence.

In addition to Ocean’s 8, Miniutti appeared in the 2016 comedy “How to Be Single” with actress Rebel Wilson and will appear in the upcoming films Sargasso and Crypto, which stars Kurt Russell. source

A hearing for the restraining order is scheduled for Monday, December 10.
