DINUBA, CA. (THECOUNT) — Neil Davenport has been identified by officials as the body that was found on top of a former Save Mart in Dinuba, California.
Davenport, 41, was found by authorities who responded to the location on reports of a foul odor omitting from the area.
Officers found Davenport after they received a call from a groundskeeper Thursday afternoon following a report of a foul odor in the area. source
Tulare County Coroner’s Office has determined the cause of death is a fracture to the skull.
Police do not yet know if it was an accident.
