PHOENIX, AZ. (THECOUNT) — Charles Reagan has been identified as the Arizona man shot to death in a drive-by shooting outside a Phoenix fast-food restaurant Tuesday, Phoenix police said Wednesday.
Reagan, 32, was named as the victim in a fatal shooting that occurred 4:15 p.m., Tuesday at a Popeyes Chicken restaurant near Central and Dunlap avenues, police said.
Two individuals were in a vehicle when a male side passenger shot and killed Reagan, according to police. Those suspects were still being sought in connection with the shooting.
Reagan was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of injuries sustained in the shooting, according to the police report.
Police described the driver as a lightly complected woman and the passenger who shot the gun as a darkly complected man. The report does not indicate an estimate of the age of the suspects in the shooting. source
The suspect are driving a light-colored, four-door sedan, but the vehicle has not been identified by make or model and the report says the suspects escaped in the vehicle.
A motive is unknown.
