OH Teen Jaylyn McCoy ID’d As Victim In Tuesday Fatal Mt. Airy Double-Shooting

MT. AIRY, OH, (THECOUNT) — Jaylyn McCoy, of Cincinnati, OH, was identified early Wednesday as the victim found fatally shot on Hawaiian Terrace, Mount Airy, Cincinnati, OH, about 8 p.m.

McCoy, 19, was killed and a woman was injured in a double shooting in Mt. Airy Tuesday night, Cincinnati police said.

The unidentified woman, 20, was transported to an area hospital, police said. She is expected to recover.

McCoy was pronounced dead at the scene.

So far, detectives have not said what led up to it or suggested a motive.

No arrests have been made.
