TN Family Members Killed In Friday Rogersville Crash Identified

ROGERSVILLE, TN. (THECOUNT) – State troopers have named three victims killed Friday on Old Highway 11W in Rogersville, TN.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol identified the three fatalities as the operator of a Cavalier, Deborah Lynn Kimberlin, 37, and her two passengers, Jimmy Kimberlin, 67, and Nancy L. Kimberlin, 51, all of Jonesville, Virginia.

Several others were injured in the crash that occurred in Hawkins County around 10 p.m. Friday.

State troopers say a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck entered into oncoming traffic and struck a 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier. The pickup truck then rolled over and struck a third vehicle, a 2007 BMW 5 Series, according to THP. According to the highway patrol, several other people were injured in the crash. The extent of their injuries are unknown. Hawkins County dispatchers told us Friday night that two medical helicopters were called to the scene. source

The highway patrol says criminal charges are pending.
