A pair of Brooklyn police officers were shot dead while sitting in their cruiser.
The officers were taken to Woodhull Hospital where they are listed in grave condition died.
The shooting happened just before 3 p.m., Saturday at the intersection of Myrtle Avenue and Tompkins Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Brooklyn Council member Robert Cornegy tells PIX11 that the officers were sitting in their car eating lunch when the suspect came up to the car and shot them.h/t pix11
