Jahmel Binion of Madison Heights, Mich. suffers from a rare disorder called, ectodermal dysplasia, a condition that makes it impossible to sweat, fully develop teeth and hair.

O’neal post a side-by-side snap of himself and Binion, twisting his face in an effort to resemble the disfigurement.

After Shaq posted the cruel snap via Twitter, countless other celebrities joined in on the bashing.

Binion says this has inspired him to start an anti-bullying campaign called ‘Hug Don’t Judge.’
