Flavor Flav’s Chicken & Ribs Officially UP IN SMOKE

Flavor Flav restaurant. Flavor Flav’s Chicken & Ribs has cooked its last greasy chicken part after officially getting booted out of the last standing location.. Flav’s fast food pipe dream ended following an epic battle with its landlord.

The franchise owners of Flav’s Chicken and Ribs of Sterling Heights, MI, hung on as long as they could after getting previously evicted back in June and then buying themselves some extra time by filing a Motion to Stay the eviction … and re-opened.

TMZ reports,

The Motion to Stay was granted on the condition Flav’s business partners and the landlord came to an agreement regarding past rent — but that never happened … so on Thursday, the Motion to Stay was officially denied.

U-Haul trucks showed up Wednesday to carry everything away — and police were on hand in case anything got nasty. Luckily, it didn’t.
