The Bachelor’s Tierra, the first contestant to receive a rose this season, takes a serious tumble down the stairs in tonight’s episode, and we’ve got a sneak peek at the scary scene. “Tierra took a big fall and she just looks totally out of it,” one of the girls says, while Tierra is seen lying on the floor in pain.
