Replacements for Jeopardy’s Alex Trebek

Alex Trebek’s Jeopardy! contract is up in 2016. Trebek hasn’t said he was going to retire but Trebek being 72-years-old and had two heart attacks, Sony Pictures TV is looking for a successor. Jeopardy! still brings in huge ratings!  So Sony wants a smooth transition if Trebek decides to retire.  Alex Trebek has been the host of Jeopardy! since their launch in 1984! WOW! Alex Trebek looks amazing!!! Sony Pictures TV has said that Trebek can be a host for as long as he wants. It’s completely his call. But the people who are in the mix for replacing Alex Trebek are:

Brian Williams

No one can ever replace Alex Trebek but if he does decide to step down who do you think will make a good replacement? When he asks his final question lets send him off to the fifth dimension where he belongs. Kebert Xela.

New Spider-Man Andrew Garfield Promos Film

Our cutie pie from The Social Network, is doing a little promo for the new Spider-Man movie, “The Amazing Spider-Man”.

Garfield stopped into NYC’s Union Square Theater as himself, and promoted the new film. Sony Pictures invited select fans and press to have the first look at a trailer and previously unseen footage from The Amazing Spider-Man.

He’s a great replacement for Tobey Maguire, as he’s outgrown the necessary Spidey tights.

Spiderman poster

Breaking news! The “Spider-Man” franchise is taking a totally new turn! Tobey Maguire who plays Spiderman and Peter Parker, is out of the franchise, along with Director Sam Raimi!

Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios announced Monday that a new “Spider-Man” film based on a script by James Vanderbilt that focuses on Peter Parker in high school would debut in the summer of 2012 with a new cast and filmmaking team.

We wonder who else will be out, and who will be in. I can almost bet everything that Kirsten Dunst is OUT for sure.

It will be interesting!

Bow Wow Disrespects Snoop Dogg in New Video

Wow, I did not know Bow Wow could be such a lil’ barker! Here is his latest YouTube release called “Regret.” In the song Bow Wow raps, “Why the F&*k my best friend have to steal from me” then shows a picture of Snoop! Bow Wow Bang! a public bitch slap to Snoop! Then in a bitch move of his own, Bow Wow adds a annotation, saying, “Didn’t mean to put Snoop’s pic during this part of the song, I’m not talking about him.” Yeh right!

You watch and be the judge!

Personally, I would not be messing with the great Snoop Double G! What is LIL Bow Wow Thinking?

SHOCK: FOX Lied About Wolverine Differences

When a pirated copy of Fox’s “Wolverine” hit the net, Fox CEO Tom Rothman promised the finished version would be light-years better and also, 10 minutes longer.  Early reports from clock-watchers who have actually seen the final version, in the theater, are foot-stomping that the film is the same length.  Could it be that Rothman lied about the extra footage in an effort to fool you out of your hard earned extra dollars and in to the theater?

Most people (who cared) had a glimmer of hope the extra footage would in fact be there; mostly because of scenes that were absent from the web-released version that did appear in the widely released trailers (In one we see Wolverine carting his gal pal around on the beach) however, those scenes are NOT in the final cut.

If you’re keeping score, here are the differences…  Minus final music and CGI effects the movie is the same.  There are actually claims the workprint may be better!
In reference to a scene with Patrick Stewart, who is digitally enhanced in the finished version.  I think that maybe the bootleg is simply better because you don’t have to pay to see it…
