FL Under Armour Manager Daniel Everett ID’d As Victim In Monday Deadly Shooting Daniel Everett Still On The Loose

ORLANDO, FL. (THECOUNT) — Eunice Vazquez has been identified as the victim fatally shot at an Under Armour store in Orlando on Monday.

Vazquez, whose age was not provided, was shot dead Monday at the International Premium Outlets, where she worked as a manager.

Daniel Everett, the man wanted for the murder of a female manager at the Orlando International Premium Outlets, worked at the store for about 3 years before being fried by Vazquez for unknown reasons.

Everett allegedly made “hit list,” listing other employees of the store, according to police.

Police are now saying, Everett, 46, was fired from the store on Monday morning before returning and opening fire, fatally wounding the manager.

“Soon after the shooting we learned he created a list, where he listed other employees,” Orlando Police Chief Orlando Rolon said.

Police arrived to the Under Armour store at the outlets, located at, 4975 International Dr Suite 3C01, in Orlando, FL, on Monday around 8 p.m., on reports of shots fired.

They say Everett may be driving a 2012 silver Kia Sorento with the Florida tag IH2 1AC, reports FOX13.

Police are considering Everett armed and dangerous. His whereabouts are unknown at this time.

Police also said the suspect’s wife and child also became a concern, but police say that they are safe. All employees that were reportedly on the suspect’s ‘hit list’ have also been accounted for and are safe.

Anyone who sees Everett is told to not try and make contact with him. Instead, call 911.

Alarming Video Shows Florida Man Firing AR-15 On Busy Orlando Street Thursday ‘At People’

ORLANDO, FL. (THECOUNT) — A shocking video has emerged from Orlando appearing to show a man carrying and then firing an AR-15 rifle in the heart of downtown Orlando.

The video shows Ryan Sarjoo holding the powerful rifle, firing at least once, while yelling at people near Orange Avenue and Pine Street early Thursday.

Police are using the video as part of their investigation after the man was charged with openly carrying firearms.

Hours after he posted bail and left jail.

Police said a group of men had tried rob the man after surrounding him and punched him in the face.

The man told cops he ran to his car to retrieve a handgun and the rifle. The video shows the rifle then being fired at least once on the crowded street.

Nobody was injured during the frightening incident.

According to an arrest report, police showed up moments after the shot was fired and arrested Sarjoo.

The report notes that two women told officers at the scene that Sarjoo was defending himself, but they wouldn’t give their names or write any sworn statements.

Orlando police officials called the actions reckless and dangerous, and said innocent people could have been hurt.

FL Man John Huff ID’d As Orlando ‘Beefy King’ Arsonist

ORLANDO, FL. (THECOUNT) — John Huff has been identified as the suspect arrested over the early Tuesday fire at Orlando’s iconic restaurant, Beefy King, according to the Orlando Fire Department.

Huff, 36, of Orlando, was arrested Tuesday and faces multiple charges of second degree arson and criminal mischief, according to Orange County records.

Orlando Arson Investigators began an investigation with the Orlando Police Department soon after the fire.

“Based on the fire investigation, evidence, surveillance video and witness statements, all accidental causes were ruled out and the fire was determined to be arson,” said OFD spokeswoman Ashley Papagni.

Calls in reference to a fire breaking out in the rear of the beef-sandwich restaurant were reported at 1:46 a.m. at the 424 N Bumby Ave. location, reported OrlandoSentinel.

Orlando firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the flames, keeping damage minimal.

U Of Central Florida Student Aquirira ‘Kira’ Lane Fatally Strikes Pedestrian Near Orlando School Sunday Night

ORLANDO, FL. (THECOUNT) — Aquirira Lane, a student at University of Central Florida, struck and killed a male pedestrian who was crossing a road near the school.

The unidentified victims was on-foot in the area of the school when he was fatally struck by “Kira” Lane, on Sunday night.

Lt. Kim Montes said in a news release that Aquirira Lane was driving when the pedestrian walked into the path of the Jeep. The front of the vehicle struck the man, who was taken to a hospital where he died, reports HeraldStandard on Monday morning.

Officials say the victim was not using the crosswalk at the intersection when he was fatally struck.

The school is located at, 4000 Central Florida Blvd in Orlando, FL.

The crash remains under investigation.

FL Man Terry Bruce Charged After Caught Trying To Enter Disney World With Handgun

LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL. (THECOUNT) — Terry Bruce has been identified as the Daytona man arrested after attempting to enter Orlando Walt Disney World with a firearm.

Disney security stopped Bruce, 29, who tried to enter Magic Kingdom with a 9mm handgun that was placed in a backpack, according to an arrest report.

Bruce told investigators with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office that he forgot the 9mm handgun was in his backpack, but said he did not have a concealed carry license, according to WESH.

The gun was in a holster in a backpack and had two loaded magazines secured to the holster, deputies said.

Bruce was charged with carrying a concealed firearm without a license.

In a written statement he gave to investigators, Bruce said he had been in the process of switching vehicles, which led to confusion over the location of the gun.

FL Man Keveon Smith ID’d As Victim In Saturday Orlando “Club Lit” Fatal Shooting

ORLANDO, FL. (THECOUNT) — Keveon Smith has been identified as the victim on a fatal Saturday shooting in Orlando, Florida.

Smith, 22, was found suffering from at least one gunshot injury along with two others who were injured in the early morning shooting Saturday, according to officials.

The Orlando Police Department said they responded to calls of shots fired in the 330 block of North Orange Avenue, near Club Lit, in downtown Orlando around 2:30 a.m. Saturday.

Upon arrival, authorities found Smith suffering from life-threatening gunshot injuries in the Bank of America building parking lot.

Officers said two more victims were found near “Club Lit,” a nightclub that is across the street from the Bank of America building. Those victims are stable condition.

Smith was transported to an area hospital in critical condition and later pronounced dead.

The incident appears to be isolated and there is no ongoing threat to the area, according to authorities. Police will be increasing their patrols throughout the area through Sunday night, reports clickOrlando.

FL Family ID’d Denim Williams As Orlando Teen Shot Dead Wednesday In Parramore “Never Thought That Was Last Hug”

ORLANDO, FL. (THECOUNT) — Denim Williams has been identified by family members on Facebook as the Orlando teen killed in a Polk Street shooting in Parramore late Wednesday morning.

“Krosstown Life” Williams, 16, was fatally injured in a shooting incident that occurred at about 11:45 a.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of Polk Street, an Orlando Police Department spokesman said Thursday.

Williams was pronounced dead at the scene of gunshot injuries.

Residents crowded behind an apartment building across the street from where the shooting took place as police taped off the front of the building, blocking tenants from walking onto Jefferson Street. AZ Makeup Artist Jocelyn Casdorph ID’d As Victim In Monday Phoenix Murder-Suicide

PHOENIX, AZ. (THECOUNT) — Jocelyn Casdorph, originally from Orlando, Florida, has been identified as the victim of an apparent murder-suicide in Phoenix, Arizona, on Monday.

Police say, Victor Issa, 47, shot and killed his ex-wife, 36-year-old Casdorph, before turning the gun on himself Monday in Phoenix.

Officers arrived at a residence located near 7th Avenue and Bell Road, to perform a requested welfare check on the occupant.

Officials say no one answered the door so they made forced entry into the dwelling.

After gaining entry to the home, police say they found two victims suffering from gunshot injuries.
